Gaye’s approach to therapy is eclectic and client focused due to her belief that there is no one-fits-all method. She ensures therapy is tailored to the person in order to help them achieve their desired goals and changes.

Gaye has worked with clients across the lifespan, predominantly in outreach and veteran settings, to help address concerns with depression, anxiety, relationships, stress, pain, grief and loss, trauma, anger, adjustment, and chronic illness.
