Rachel Bryde is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society. She completed her Master of Professional Psychology from Australian Catholic University. Rachel has experience in the delivery of individual and group-based psychological interventions in private, school and community-based settings. Rachel uses evidence based interventions to assist young people and their families to assist with a variety of psychological, emotional and social difficulties. She works with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, social difficulties, self-esteem, grief and loss, behavioural problems,  and parental separation/divorce.  

Some treatment modalities include Cognitive behaviour therapy, Interpersonal therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Solution focused therapy.

She is passionate about assisting young people to develop skills and strategies that help them reach their potential. Her key interest areas include early interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and learning difficulties as well as  supporting parents in early stages of parenting.
